Bozhidar Yovchev
Senior Product Manager
Bozhidar Yovchev is a Senior Product Manager at Alcatraz, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. He works with the company's C++ and machine-learning teams to build the software behind Alcatraz's enterprise facial-authentication devices. He turns customer and business needs into clear product priorities and takes each initiative from development to release.
Bozhidar has spent eight years building AI-powered products for enterprise security, manufacturing, utilities and environmental monitoring. He also co-founded GridMetrics and Netlyt. He started his career in enterprise sales, which helps him link technical decisions to customer outcomes.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, travel and exploring new places.
Victor Minev
Product Lead
Victor Minev is a Product Lead at Alcatraz AI with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling technology products across AI, cybersecurity, email, fintech, compliance, enterprise software, and consumer technology.
He's currently a Product Lead for Alcatraz AI’s facial authentication and physical access security platform, working across biometrics, identity, authentication, enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Before Alcatraz AI, Victor held product and technology leadership roles at Ocado Technology, dmarcian, SBTech, and Mailjet, and advised early-stage technology companies on product strategy and growth.
He also enjoys hiking, travelling to new and exciting places, and spending time with family and friends.
